Pare forge Blacksmith was established in 1991.

The name Pare Forge Blacksmith  simply stands for Peter And Robyn Embury .

Based just out of Bendigo Peter is a qualified Farrier  who took up work as a farrier when his wife Robyn was a partner in a riding school.

A logical extension to farrier work is blacksmithing and Peter operated the Maldon Blacksmith Shop from 1992 till 2006.  Appling himself to such an extent he went on to become Victorian Champion Blacksmith in 1994. His smithy skills include a wide range of horse drawn vehicle restoration, furniture, gates, balustrades, fire side accessories, weather vanes, and of course horseshoes.

Since closing the Maldon Blacksmith Shop Peter now has established his workshop at home and travels throughout Australia to various agricultural shows and field days where he has been a stall-holder demonstrating his skill and selling hand made products

Still winning awards for best exhibit though!
